PD快充(Power Delivery)是USB连接器中的一种最新的快速充电技术,在使用期间具有唤醒、智能协商、安全设置及实时监控功能,将充电过程中实现更低的损耗、更高的效率、更安全的功率传输。
PD快充是目前最完善的快充协议,最大支持功率可以达到100W以上,目前常见功率是18W,30W,45W,60/65W等,常见应用领域包括:手机快充、笔记本快充、平板快充、通讯电源、车载充电等。

功率MOSFET作为PD快充的核心原件,在功率转换过程中发挥着重要的作用,无锡商甲半导体可以提供完善的PD快充MOSFET解决方案。
高压PFC& Flyback 采用650V SJ MOSFET G1系列产品,具备低导通内阻,低Rg和低电容的特性,能更大限度的降低功率损耗,提升电源转换效率;
同步整流MOSFET选用商甲半导体中压SGT系列产品,产品内阻低,栅电荷低,能满足同步整流电路高频大电流的要求;
Vbus部分采用30VN/30VP Trench MOSFET系列产品,产品性能表现优秀,封装形式涵盖TO-252、PDFN3X3-8L、PDFN5X6-8L等多种形式,选用灵活,性价比高。
